Atelka extends its activities to Lebanon and Europe

Atelka Inc., provider of outsourcing services for customer contact management, announces that it will be launching its operations in Lebanon with the opening of a new call center in Beyrouth; and in Europe, with the addition of a commercial attaché in France.

September 10, 2007 (Montreal, Canada) - Atelka, one of Canada’s largest call centers, opens today its new facilities in Beyrouth. This fifth multilingual call center will increase the capacity of the company which already has prestigious clients on both sides of the Atlantic.

"With all the potential around the world in this industry, Beyrouth is a new step in our international corporate expansion" stated Dominique Trudel, Customer Relationship Vice-president. "The potential and the operating requirements in Lebanon provide us with all the elements that are needed to ensure the success of this new direction for Atelka."

Another benchmark in our corporate growth plan: Cédric Quintard, will join the Atelka team. Based in Paris and backed by several years of experience in the latest in Customer contact, Mr. Quintard’s main missions will be to ensure customer satisfaction for the current client base and to service the European market. He declares to be very enthusiastic about his new responsibilities.
