Stéphane Desormeaux
Vice President Account Management
Stéphane Desormeaux joined Atelka in 2008 as Vice President Operations/Account Management and currently holds the position of Vice President Account Management.
Mr. Desormeaux is a proficient leader with over 15 years of experience in the telecom and call center industry and is in charge of the client facing Account Management department as well as developing , maintaining and growing successful client relationships. Prior to joining Atelka, Stephane held various management positions in the contact center and banking industries where he managed sales, credit departments, outsourcing strategies and call center performance.
Mr. Desormeaux is completing an Executive MBA at University of Québec in Montréal and was also successfully part of different seminars at the Harvard Law School of Cambridge USA and York University of Toronto.
Godfrey Jesudian
Vice President Business Development
Godfrey Jesudian joined Atelka in 2006 as Vice President Business Development.
Mr. Jesudian is a well respected and seasoned business professional with over 25 years of experience and is responsible for sales development and client relations of Atelka embedded account base and new partner opportunities. Mr. Jesudian is also familiar with all aspects of customer services, strategic alliances, operations and procurement management. Prior to joining Atelka, Godfrey held various management positions in the industry and developed an extensive knowledge of the customer contact center industry and more specifically, its relevant technology and infrastructure, operations and financial indicators.
Mr. Jesudian holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from the Ryerson University (formerly Ryerson Polytechnical Institute).
John Brennan
Vice President Business Development
John Brennan joined Atelka in 2011 as Vice President Business Development.
Mr. Brennan is a multidisciplinary specialist with over 15 years of contact centre experience and is responsible for business and sales development, identifying, qualifying and closing new business through relationship building. Prior to joining Atelka, John Brennan has acquired important experience in new business development, operations, start-ups and builds, workforce management, reporting, technology (Telco and data) and organizational reviews.
Mr. Brennan holds a degree in Business Administration from Eastern College.
