Georges Karam
Chief Executive Officer
Georges Karam, CEO, co-founded Atelka in 2003. Responsible for ensuring successful overall operations, Mr. Karam aims to establish Atelka as a leader in providing IP call center solutions. Under Mr. Karam’s direction, Atelka experiences continued success and now has offices in Montreal, Toronto and New Brunswick.
Expert in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and telecommunications and telephony protocols, Mr. Karam brings more than 15 years of related experience to Atelka and its clients.
Prior to launching Atelka and co-founding Aheeva Technology Inc., Mr. Karam held positions at Univoc and Elix where he specialized in computer telephony.
Mr. Karam holds a Bachelor of Computer Sciences from l'Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and a Masters of Business Administration from HEC Montréal.
François Lambert
Chief Operating Officer
François Lambert is Chief Operating Officer and Atelka co-founder. As COO, Mr. Lambert is responsible for the company’s operational activities, including project management and technical support. An advocate of continuous research and development, Mr. Lambert is also COO of Aheeva, the company behind the successful IP contact center solution used at Atelka.
Prior to establishing Atelka and Aheeva, Mr. Lambert held positions as the Director of Products and Director of Integration at Elix, specializing in computer telephony.
Mr. Lambert has more than 17 years of telecommunications and contact center experience, and holds a Bachelor of Finance and Economics from the University of Quebec in Hull.

Godfrey Jesudian
VP Business Development
Godfrey Jesudian joined Atelka in 2006, responsible for sales development and client relations. Mr. Jesudian is a seasoned business professional with over 25 years of experience, familiar with all aspects of Business Development, Customer Services, Strategic Alliances, Operations and procurement management.
Prior to joining Atelka he held various management positions with Bell Canada and Teleperformance. At Teleperformance, he developed an extensive knowledge of the customer contact center industry and more specifically, its relevant technology and infrastructure, operations and financial indicators.
Mr. Jesudian is a graduate in Industrial Engineering from the Ryerson University (formerly Ryerson Polytechnical Institute).
Finance and Administration
Gilles Fagnan
Vice President Finances and Administration
Gilles Fagnan joined Atelka in 2005 as Vice President of Finance and Administration, responsible for managing financial performance, human resources, recruitment and general administration.
Prior to joining Atelka, Mr. Fagnan gained extensive knowledge of the contact center industry as general manager of a leading Canadian call center, and more recently served as controller for an international printing company. As both Director of Corporate Accounting and Director of Accounting and Treasury for a major insurance provider, he developed sound experience in the banking and insurance sectors.
Mr. Fagnan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from l'Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), and is a Certified General Accountant (CGA). Mr. Fagnan is also a member of The Quebec Corporation of Chartered Administrators (C.Adm.).

Claude Klimos
IT Director
As IT Director, Claude Klimos oversees technical operations and participates in strategic planning for Atelka projects. Responsible for ensuring effective processes in both the Montreal and New Brunswick contact center locations, Mr. Klimos applies more than 15 years of experience in developing and managing contact center solutions.
He also holds the IT Director position at Aheeva, where he works directly with the creative minds that developed Atelka’s innovative software. Prior to helping plan and launch Atelka in 2003, Mr. Klimos held Senior Analyst and Researcher positions at Univoc and Elix, specializing in computer telephony solutions.
Mr. Klimos holds a Bachelor of Computer Sciences from l'Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), and a Masters of Computer Sciences.
Operations
Stéphane Desormeaux
Vice-president, Operations
Mr Desormeaux joined Atelka in 2008 as Vice-President of Operations and as a member of the Executive Committee. Proficient leader with over 9 years of experience in the telecom and call center industry, Mr Desormeaux is in charge of all the operational aspects of Atelka. Expert in Performance Management, Mr Desormeaux has implemented many successful models in different type of industries.
Prior to joining Atelka, Mr Desormeaux held various management positions within Bell Canada and The Associates credit group (Citigroup) where he managed sales, credit departments, outsourcing strategies and call center performance.
Mr Desormeaux was successfully part of different seminars at the Harvard Law School of Cambridge USA and York University of Toronto.
Claude Voisine
Vice-president, Operations
Mr Claude Voisine joined Atelka in July 2009 as Vice-President of operations, responsible for all aspects of the customer experience with Atelka. With over 20 years of experience in the Telecom industry, he has built a strong expertise in channel management, sales, marketing and performance management.
Prior to joining Atelka, Mr Voisine held several General Management positions (Operations and Marketing) at Bell Canada in the Consumer and Small and Medium Business markets. More recently, he held the position of Site Director at Sitel Worldwide, where he acquired in-depth knowledge of the call centre outsourcing field.
Mr Voisine holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
